More than ten years ago, Thierry Isambert
founded Thierry's Catering with one goal in mind: to redefine
the concept of dining through menu, style and presentation,
ensuring that the final product is always original and dazzlingly
creative.
Thierry, born in the Champagne region of France and trained
at L'Ecole Hotelier Poligny, has cultivated his culinary
skills in the kitchens of Paris , Les Rousses and Martinique
. His career began a few months after he graduated, opening
a restaurant in Montpellier , France . With his expertise
in the restaurant and catering business, he came to South
Florida were his ideas lead him to create Thierry's
Catering.
Collaborating with Thierry is Alina Herrera. Alina's
background in Public Relations , Marketing ,
experience in logistics and great taste, has made her the
perfect partner. Alina compliments Thierry by leading a highly
creative team of multicultural professionals that will turn
any event into an unforgettable experience.
