It all begins with the food. Thierry can taste a combination of ingredients in his mind like one would when taking a flower to smell the sensation of its scent.

Thierry's Catering was founded using the traditional French Cooking Techniques with a blend of Mediterranean, Caribbean and Pacific influence that produces imaginative results in a kitchen that applies new twists to classical cuisine.

At Thierry's there is no such thing as a set menu. We adapt our cooking styles to suit our client's tastes, and prepare exciting culinary selections for each unique event. We adapt our methods of preparation depending on the location of your event, whether you are hosting an elegant, multiple course dinner, a casual buffet or a festive cocktail party. Our commitment to freshness is incorporated up until the final preparations, where we prepare our dishes on site just before serving.
